SREEMA MAHILA SAMITY (MNGO-NADIA) requires the following in ASHA implementation programme for NADIA district.

A. 1 District ASHA Facilitator for NADIA district
Selection Criteria: [1] Should have Masters degree in Social Science / Sociology / Social Anthropology / Social Work (MSW) /Business Administration (MBA) / Economics / Rural Development / Mass Communication with minimum 3 years experience in projects related to health, nutrition or PRI, [2] Proficient in MS Office & Internet, [3] Ability to communicate effectively, [4] Ability to work hard, [5] Willing to travel extensively in district, blocks and GPs as required, [6] Age should be within 35 years, [7] Preference will be given to the resident of the same district.
Honorarium for District ASHA Facilitator: Rs. 15000.00 per month.

B. 2 Block ASHA Facilitators each for [Block- NAKASHIPARA]
Selection Criteria: [1] Should have Masters degree in Social Science / Sociology / Social Anthropology / Social Work (MSW) /Business Administration (MBA) / Economics / Rural Development / Mass Communication with minimum 2 years experience in projects related to health, nutrition or PRI OR Graduate with minimum 3 years experience in projects related to health, nutrition or PRI, [2] Knowledge of MS Office & Internet, [3] Ability to communicate effectively, [4] Ability to work hard, [5] Willing to travel extensively, [6] Should be a resident of the same block. In case of non availability, candidates from other blocks in the district may be considered; however, in such cases, the candidate will have to reside in the block for which he/she will be selected, [7] Age should be within 35 years, [8] Experience of working in ASHA programme will be an added advantage.
Honorarium for Block ASHA Facilitator: Rs. 7500.00 per month.

C. 3 GP ASHA Facilitators for [Block- NAKASHIPARA]
Selection Criteria: [1] Should be Graduate in any discipline, with minimum 1 year experience in projects related to health, nutrition or PRI, [2] Should be a resident of the same block, [3] Fluency in local language, [4] Age should be within 30 years, [5] Experience of working in ASHA programme will be an added advantage.
Honorarium for GP ASHA Facilitator: Rs. 4000.00 per month.

The above mentioned posts are full time and are purely contractual in nature. The selected candidates will be engaged by the MNGO for a period of 1 year, renewable annually after performance assessment. Only the short listed candidates will be intimated for written test, computer test (only for District ASHA Facilitator & Block ASHA Facilitator), and personal interview. The names of the Short listed candidates will also be put up at the MNGO office and the CMOH office at least five working days prior to the next level of selection process.
